Since its release in 2016, the Chrysler Pacifica has redefined the minivan segment. What was once a steady segment of the market reserved for families was transformed into a more exciting, luxurious, yet still practical and safe proposition. For 2021, Chrysler has innovated even further, and produced their safest minivan yet. IIHS has recognized this, and given the Pacifica a TSP+ (Top Safety Pick Plus) Rating. This award indicates that the minivan received the highest possible ratings in each of six IIHS crashworthiness tests.

 

 

 

In 1963, Jeep released its first iteration of the Grand Wagoneer. As one of the brand’s first full-size SUV designs, it provided an interesting contrast to the existing lineup of off-road SUVs. The Grand Wagoneer was built for a few decades, and underwent several refreshes until it was retired in 1994, after which the brand’s flagship model became the Grand Cherokee. Palermo Leather, open-pore Waxed Walnut Wood, and Ambient LED Lighting all sound like features out of Rolls-Royce or Bentley’s latest options catalogue. However, car shoppers may be surprised to know that these features don’t come from one of Europe’s top luxury sedans, but rather the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. That’s right — the brand once known for doorless off road SUVs and trucks now features options previously seen on only the highest-end cars. 

 

 

 

 

 

Around the Second World War, the Willys Jeep was used by American soldiers on some of the toughest terrain in the world. Since then, Jeep has continued to build the Wrangler to give civilians the same off-road capability. For 2022, Jeep has decided to go a step further and offer one of its most hardcore off-road models yet: the Wrangler Willys featuring the Xtreme Recon Package. This trim level was announced at the 2021 Detroit 4Fest.
