I am married to my lovely wife Laura and have three wonderful children: David, Allison and Thomas. I was born into the car business and have been involved from day one. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors. I am becoming a pretty good amateur farmer planting food plots for the wildlife to enjoy. I also like to get out on the bike trails in Fort Wayne and see how these great trails are being developed.
    I pride myself in upholding only the highest ethics for our business. Our employees share in my same beliefs that honesty and integrity are the most important traits we must possess to be a successful business. My other pride is in our community service. In times that have been tough we have continued to support as many local community organizations as possible. Fort Wayne is a great community and if we all do our small part it will continue to grow and prosper.

I was born in Oxford, Ohio and have been living in Fort Wayne since 1998.  I have been employed by the O'Daniel Organization since September 1999.  I chose to come to work for the O'Daniel Organization because I wanted to work someplace where people are treated with respect and professionalism.   At O'Daniel we have one common goal, and that is to have you Ride Home Happy and  take care of you for life.  Car-buying should be a fun experience, without the headaches and games.  In my free time I enjoy spending time at the lake with my wife Buffy and our four children, Grant, Alexander, Ava and Easton, during the summer.  I also look forward to fall as if begins NFL season and I get watch my beloved Colts.  Growing up just outside of Cincinnati, I still follow my Cincinnati Reds.

    Hello, my name is Will Douglas.  I started my career with O'Daniel Ford and Mitsubishi in August 2015, but joined the Porsche and Audi team in March 2017.  I was born and raised on a farm in east Tennessee.  I attended Milligan College and graduated with an Accounting degree.  I am thankful for my wonderful wife Shannon (a Leo native) and our 6 children:  Alex, Erica, Faith, Hope, Joy, and Eva Grace.  I attend Central Church and my faith in God is very important to me.

    Hello!  I'm David O'Daniel, born and raised here in Fort Wayne.  I attended Bishop Dwenger High School, Ivy Tech, and Hope College.  I have actually worked here since I was a child.  I started out cleaning drains and picking up trash.  I have a strong passion for the car business, and the people at O'Daniel all share the same drive, and have a great amount of respect for others.  I pride myself in honoring our family tradition that my Grandfather started, by putting our customers first. I am the 3rd generation in the car business it is a privilege to follow in the same steps my grandfather and my father took to get to where they are today.     As a student at Wayne, I was selected to participate in a Cooperative Education program through the Regional Vocational School which is now Anthis Career Center and began working for Johnstone Oldsmobile on Bluffton Road in June of 1977. 
    I began working for the O'Daniel family when they purchased Johnstone Oldsmobile July 09, 1979 and have remained with them to this day because of their very basic business philosophy, "Do what is right, the rest takes care of itself".  The reputation this organization enjoys has been earned  over the years, through the honesty, and integrity of the fantastic people who work here. Honesty and Integrity starts at the top, but it then expands and multiplies as it progresses through the ranks. Someone once said, "Only the very best, and the very worst, have reputations". I am proud to be associated with this company.
