Duties

·         Assisting customers with scheduling automotive services

·         Managing a service schedule

·         Answering phone calls and assisting with transferring calls to appropriate locations and personnel

·         Communication with customers by phone email and text with their automotive concerns and questions

·         Communication with service advisors and relaying information to customers

·         Filling of previous repair orders

·         Providing customer quotes when needed

·         Creating rental car reservations

·         Providing vehicle maintenance to customers

·         Providing warranty information to customers

·         Communication with new car and used car sales department regarding service repair appointments and schedules
