JOB PROFILE

Candidate needs excellent experience in interactions with customers, verifying and collecting payments from service, parts and body shop customers, excellent and professional communication skills are a must to exchange accurate information. Candidate must follow up with customers, service contract companies and management on payment issues.

 

JOB RELATED SKILLS

The use of Windows based PC's including Excel, Word and Outlook, adding machine, and telephone etiquette.  Together with customers and colleagues, develops suitable solutions for all matters that are cost effective for the company. Treats customer and colleagues as equals, impresses them with manners and appropriate actions.


Duties include:

• Take customer payment in person or over the phone.

• Process Customer Service contracts and Internal invoices.

• Assist service advisors to process customer paperwork.

• Schedule customer appointments.

• Keep accurate customer records.

• Perform light filing duties .


This is a part time position:

Wednesday - Friday

7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Starting at $14.00/hr
