Job Overview:

O'Daniel Motor Sales is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with a history of efficient and precise work experience. We continue to grow our operation with sales and units in operation and need to grow in our ability to serve our customers repair and maintenance needs in a timely manner. Background in Chrysler/Dodge/ Jeep/Ram vehicles is a plus but not necessary.  As a Stellantis-authorized dealership, we specialize in delivering expert service and repairs to the Stellantis brand vehicles as well as all other makes and models. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and team-oriented work environment and excellent facilities to work at. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues all vehicles, including all aspects of the vehicle from heavy mechanical to preventative maintenance.
• Perform muti point inspections and recommend routine maintenance and repairs for worn, damaged or malfunctioning systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to communicate repairs and service needs to customers.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Contribute to a clean and organized workspace and maintain a positive team dynamic.
• Continuous manufacturer training and self-improvement.
• Ability to produce effective and timely repairs in an 8 hour work day.
• Utilize the latest technology to communicate directly with customers through video or still photos

Qualifications:

• Stellantis Brand experience is preferred.
• Certification from an automotive technical school or equivalent experience.
• ASE Certification (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts and perform the tasks of a full time line tech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
