Job Summary:
O'Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a
reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to transport customers to
and from our dealership while providing excellent service. The ideal candidate
will have a clean driving record and be committed to ensuring a safe and
comfortable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with all customers.
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Assist customers in and out of the vehicle as needed.
- Communicate with the service department to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership policies to ensure passenger safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
- Ability to work Monday - Tuesday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods.
