Dealerships meeting these criteria are evaluated based on their PowerScore, which takes into account their average star rating and number of reviews.
New and used-car shoppers, and individuals who visited the O’Daniel CDJR for servicing their vehicles reviewed the company in terms of their quality of work, customer service, pricing, friendliness, and overall experience. O'Daniel CDJR consistently received high PowerScore ratings across all measures, catapulting them to the pedestal as “Indiana’s Best”. Their commitment to providing a first-rate dealership experience through honest and dedicated professionals is evident in the feedback they received.
Aside from naming the best in Indiana, DealerRater awarded over 1,000 other dealers out of 18,600 dealerships in the U.S. and Canada that have set the bar high for consumer experience.

Data revealed that 85% of the Dealer of the Year awardees responded actively to new customer reviews—revealing that engagement has established their relationship with clients more and has bolstered their chance to win. Additionally, 85% of winning dealers also allowed their employees to be rated and tagged on DealerRater reviews, while 67% have put up pages where customers can rate their employees individually to improve their feedback system.
