Pickup trucks are first and foremost practical vehicles, and this truck’s towing capacity ranges from 6,120 lbs to 8,280 lbs, plenty for even the most demanding jobs. Additionally, a max payload capacity of 2,235 lbs ensures that drivers can carry any cargo they need.
For such a utilitarian vehicle, it is quite amazing that the Ram 1500 has packed in as much refinement as it has. It features luxury car quietness and sport sedan performance, but is still capable enough to handle the needs of most hardworking contractors.
