Driving forward as a pure performance brand, Dodge has launched one of the most powerful “Last Call” models yet—the 2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody.

Boasting of a royal racing pedigree, it is the fifth of seven “Last Call” special edition models that celebrate the traditional Charger and Challenger which, in their current form, are coming to an end. A new era will launch thereafter.

Hail to the “King”

The new Dodge Charger King Daytona is a commemoration of the 1960s and 1970s West Coast drag-racing scene, and a nod to LA street racing icon William “Big Willie” Robinson. This gentleman nicknamed his 1969 Charger as “King Daytona,” which he used to snatch victory at the drag strip. Apart from his stupendous racing performance, he was also known for inspiring racers to perform on the track, rather than the streets.

Calling the 2023 Charger “King Daytona” gives honor to Big Willie’s legacy.

Unrivaled Performance

Based on the widebody SRT Hellcat Redeye but so much better—the 2023 King Daytona packs extra 10 horsepower. Its supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V-8 summons an impressive 807 horsepower from the Hellcat’s 797 horsepower.

Jaw-Dropping Design

Finished in a tantalizing Go Mango color with matching six-piston Brembo brake calipers in orange coating, King Daytona demands attention like a true king. The special edition also features satin black graphics on its roof, hood, rear fender, and spoiler.

Other exterior details include 20-inch warp speed wheels in satin carbon, hood pins, and a commemorative “Last Call” underhood plaque.

Orange contrast stitching dresses up the 2023 Charger’s interior to complement the exterior color. Black Nappa leather seating mixed with microsuede accents exudes sophistication. The instrumental panel receives a “King Daytona” badge, while the “Daytona” logo is found on the front seats.

“Daytona” logo can be found on the front seats, a “King Daytona” badge is on the dashboard, and the steering wheel and headliner also features microsuede accents. An Alcantara steering wheel, carbon fiber interior bezels, and suede headliners complete the King Daytona’s grand interior. The Harman Kardon premium audio system comes with the navigation package.

Limited to only 300 units, the 2023 Charger King Daytona will be allocated to specific dealers. Don’t miss the chance to get your own King Daytona, and experience the most thrilling rides, yet.
