Texas is the largest truck market in the U.S. and this year, Jeep went the extra mile to blaze new trails and celebrate this epic state. Passionate customers deserve a special edition.
The lone star state now has its exclusive version of the 2021 Jeep Gladiator – the all-new Texas Trail. Based on the Sport S trim, this model delivers a distinct personalized appearance combined with the legendary Jeep 4x4 capability, and is regarded as the most capable Jeep pickup yet.
· Exterior
Unique characteristics, historic elements, and a more rugged stance distinguish the exterior of the Texas-exclusive Gladiator along with Texas Trail decals on the hood and tailgate. The year 1836 is also incorporated into the badging as a nod to the year that the state declared itself as free and independent. Seventeen inches Mid-Gloss Black Aluminum wheels that are wrapped in 32-inch mud-terrain tires enhance the Texas Trail’s rugged posture. A black hardtop and side steps are likewise included in the package.
· Power and Performance
The Texas Trail has Jeep’s Trail Rated badge certifying that it is approved to perform off the beaten path. Jeep’s Command-Trac 4x4 part-time, mud tires and two-speed transfer case further enhance its capability.
Choose from either the 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine that can deliver 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, or the new 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V-6 engine that can produce 260 horsepower and 442 lb.-ft. of torque. Whatever your choice is, you’ll be impressed by the Texas Trails performance in handling the demands of an active lifestyle.
· Interior
Black leather upholstery embossed with a Texas Trail graphic on the seats further make the pickup one of a kind. Other standout standard equipment includes a 7.0-inch Uconnect 4 touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capability.
· Jeep Wave Customer Care Program
Under this program, every 2021 Jeep Gladiator comes with free maintenance and other exclusive perks for three years.
To further the celebration of the lone star state, the Jeep Badge of Honor program has added two Texas trails – the Northwest OHV Park in Bridgeport, and the Black Gap 4x4 trail in Big Bend National Park. Through the program, off-road adventurers can conquer trails, and earn unique trail badges for their Jeep vehicles. The Jeep Badge of Honor can be accessed through a mobile app.
