Dodge has released the powerful 2019 Dodge Durango with both an improved exterior and stronger performance.

 

The Dodge Durango provides a user-friendly infotainment system, class-leading towing capacity of up to an impressive 8,700 pounds, spacious room for cargo, and a powerful engine lineup, with two being Hemi V8s, a potent engine providing up to 475 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. The V6 should not be overlooked though, as it can tow up to 6,200 pounds.

 

The 2019 Dodge Durango also includes several seating options, including second-row bench seats, an available third row, or captain’s chairs. The SUV focuses on its customer experience with its intuitive and responsive Uconnect multimedia system. This includes both Android Auto and Apple Carplay smartphone connectivity to accommodate all kinds of phone users. Dodge also keeps the rear-seat passengers in mind, providing the available option of a dual-screen entertainment system. Additional available features are offered to equip the SUV with more safety features, including automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and blind-spot warning.

 

Dodge gives the driver easy braking as well as strong stability and structure with several of its new features. This includes the 2019 Dodge Durango’s practically perfect 50/50 weight distribution to improve traction when accelerating along with its Trailer Sway Control to adjust engine throttle and apply brake pressure, ensuring vehicle and trailer system stability. Its suspension is designed to absorb any imperfections on the road, making the driving experience in the Durango quite comfortable.

 

The Dodge Durango now also comes with the Class-Exclusive eight-speed automatic transmission. This gives the driver a more efficient acceleration and shifting experience behind the wheels. The driver gets a choice between two powerful All-Wheel-Drive systems, increasing the performance possibilities of this vehicle. If so they choose, drivers even have an available Street, Sport, and Track (SRT) Mode, all with a single button.
