The new 2018 Chrysler 300 is already making an impact on the car industry this year. The 300 has been named one of Edmunds Most Wanted Vehicles due to its sleek upgrades and brilliant performance. It was the winner of the Large Car segment of the annual awards.
The Edmunds awards are given to each vehicle from a total of 17 categories based on days-to-turn, sales, and shopper interest data that is collected by Edmunds. This data on the sales of each vehicle is from the first nine months of 2017 and is examined to determine the winner for each category. The vehicles that are chosen to receive the Edmunds awards stand out among all car models as the most wanted vehicles for that year.
The 2018 Chrysler 300 comes with numerous upgrades that raised it to the top of the Large Car segment. All Chrysler 300 models are now available in new Ocean Blue Metallic Clear Coat and Green Metallic Clear Coat, providing more of a range of colors for customers.
Chrysler now offers more options for the 300 including the 300S, 300C, Limited, Touring, and Touring L. Each of these vehicles includes optional new upgrades for 2018.
The Limited model offers 20-inch aluminum wheels and Mocha leather interior. It also includes a new navigation system, a Harman Kardon audio system, dual-panel sunroof, and power sunshade.
The Touring model includes cloth interior, 17-inch aluminum wheel. It is available with both the Sports Appearance Package and the Chrome Appearance Package provided by Chrysler and can be added to provide an extra design element to the vehicle.
The 300C model has a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine, providing the best in both torque and horsepower. Much like the Limited model, the 300C comes with the same audio system, power sunshade, and dual dual-power sunroof. However, this model does come with a unique Sun/Sound/Nav bundle that sets it apart from other models.
It is easy to see why the 2018 Chrysler 300 has received one of the coveted Edmunds Most Wanted Vehicle awards. By providing multiple high-tech and high-class options, the Chrysler 300 is one of the most versatile vehicles currently on the market.
