Dodge offers two powerful engines for the 2018 model: the award-winning 3.6L Pentastar V6 Engine with 283 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque or the 2.4L 16-valve four-cylinder engine with 173 horsepower and 166 lb-ft of torque.
The 3.6L Pentastar engine gives drivers the ability to tow up to 2,500 pounds. To accommodate a heavier load, standard trailer sway control applies brake pressure and adjusts engine throttle to help decrease sway and maintain stability.
Safety was made a priority in the construction of the Dodge Journey as seen by its active front seat head restraints, brake assist technology, seven advanced airbags, and crumple zones to absorb impact energy.
The available all-wheel drive is perfect for less-than-ideal, low-traction surfaces like ice or snow. The AWD system works as needed, only utilizing the front wheels until the rear wheels are needed.
Dodge dares you to run out of storage space in the new model which features in-floor storage, fold-flat second-row seats which provide 67.6 cubic feet of cargo capacity, and second-row storage which can double as a cooler.
The exterior of the 2018 Dodge Journey sets itself apart from other vehicles with eye-catching features like the gloss black front grille and platinum chrome accents. The vehicle also includes a roof rack for transporting large items, heated exterior mirrors for optimum visibility, and Ring of Fire LED tail lamps for a unique touch of style.
The Dodge Journey is built for the age of technology with available WI-FI hotspot, Bluetooth streaming audio, USB and auxiliary inputs, and power outlets.
Uconnect 3 NAV is available on the new model, which features real-time traffic and weather updates as well as movie show times, sports scores, and gas station location and pricing.

Comfort and convenience are key in the 2018 model. Each seat of the vehicle is tailored for optimal comfort, whether it be the six-way power driver seat with four-way power lumbar adjustment driver’s seat, second-row 60/40 split-folding seatbacks, or the second-row seats which slide back and forth to keep backseat passengers comfortable.
Other accommodations include available heated front seats and steering wheel, and soft-touch materials on the door panels and armrest. For younger passengers, integrated second-row child booster seats can be folded away easily.
