After serving in the U.S. Army, Mark Campati knew he wanted to go into the automotive industry. Ten years ago he was welcomed to the team at O’Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We caught up with Mark to learn a little more as we celebrate his first decade with O’Daniel's.
There are a few things close to Mark’s heart, his love for God, his family, and having pride in his work. Mark’s faith is very important to him. He feels the reason he has done so well is that he “Treats others as you would like to be treated.” He also pulls inspiration from the story of Joseph in Genesis 37. “How he overcame the things in his life and how he went from being a slave to the second most powerful person in Egypt.” Mark attends Pine Hills Church where he and his wife serve.
Mark married to his wife Julie in 1986, and they have two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Kristie. Mark also told us he has a 102 pound Malamute that they brought home as a puppy in 2010. In his free time, you will find Mark playing golf or fishing.
When asked about his work style Mark answered, “I want every one of my customers to be 100% satisfied with their vehicle purchase. I do my best to give the customer what they are asking for and to make their purchase an easy one.”
Mark also explained how the internet had changed the way people buy cars since he started working in the auto industry. “Most people have done all their research on the internet and are wanting to purchase a vehicle from someone they can trust and from a dealership with a good reputation. Here you will find both.” Mark, and O’Daniel’s, are both dedicated to always putting the customer first.
