Ever since Kelly Rothgeb’s close friend, Sheri, recommended that she interview for a position with the Automart/Mazda team — a recommendation Kelly is very thankful for — Kelly has been making memories with her coworkers at the O’Daniel Automotive Group and leaving an impact with a personality that aims to please, and a strong work ethic.

Kelly has found a home among the fast paced, deadline-oriented, process-based world of the O’Daniel Group, and she not only enjoys her daily responsibilities — one being training — but she also enjoys spending time with all of the people she comes in contact with.

The people that Kelly meets on-the-job know her for her sincere, caring, and honest personality, but also for her inclination to have a good time. One of Kelly’s favorite good-time memories with the O’Daniel Automotive Group was while working the Jeep Jam: “My coworkers at the time, Craig Ruskaup and Kari Scheiber, were with me in a golf cart in front of the used car building. All of the sudden, here comes Bob Kimes riding in on one of the Jeep pedal carts, as fast as Bob’s legs would peddle. Then, Craig came up behind him in our golf cart and rammed the pedal cart — as long as I live, I’ll still remember Bob veer to the left as Craig blew by him laughing. Tears for days!”

While Kelly likes to make the work days fun, she also has a strong devotion to her job. Kelly attributes her honesty, integrity, and work ethic to the teachings of her father, and every day these qualities allow her to be the best at what she does.

After fifteen years in the industry, Kelly has developed her own keys to success: “Always give your very best, make sure you let people know you appreciate them, and always wear a smile.”

Thank you for a decade and a half (15 years) with the O’Daniel Automotive Group, Kelly, and congratulations! Your smile has brightened our office for many years, and we hope it will continue to do so for many years to come.
