Doing anything for forty-five years is no small feat. Nevertheless, Sheri Stine has managed to reach such an amazing milestone this month, with much aplomb and many smiles. Being an employee at O’ Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has taught her some truly rewarding life lessons. As a human resource manager, she works with both employees and customers. One of the greatest assets she brings to the job includes her ability to sympathize and empathize with fellow employees.
Sheri was also generous enough to share her secret to working hard. She states that efficiency and respect are the key to giving maximum effort each day. That’s not all though, as Sheri confirmed that patience truly goes a long way in this industry. She certainly has exemplified these traits in her forty-five years of service.
Of course, great character like this doesn’t just happen overnight. Sheri made clear that her dad was a large influence in her life. He also served as one of her greatest role models. She explained, “He worked his whole life in a factory and only missed one day … he has influenced my work ethic.” There is certainly no doubt that this determination to giving 125% runs in the family!
Any advice from this pro? Sheri says, “Work hard and treat everyone like you want to be treated.” Even though she’s lived all over Indiana, Sheri always operates by these key concepts. In her spare time she enjoys being home at her family farm in rural southeast Allen County. She also cherishes family time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
