This month marks the halfway point of the year, and also the time to celebrate another outstanding employee! Timothy Jordan has reached his one year anniversary at O’Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a Fort Wayne native, he’s always been familiar with the O’Daniel Automotive Group. This familiarity, combined with a hard-working attitude means Jordan will likely be around a couple more years.
Thinking back to the start of his career, Timothy recalls the valuable insight he’s learned over the past year. As an experienced member of the staff, he now enjoys greater independence and freedom to work on his own. This only enhances his ability to provide excellent customer service. Although he doesn’t always work directly with customers, they’re never far from his mind. When asked about the strongest asset he provides to the job, "the importance of being detail-oriented" came to mind. “I’m very thorough … if there’s any kind of issue I can never let that go until it’s resolved,” he explained.
Why this industry? That’s an easy question. Timothy always knew he wanted to work with cars. After finishing his education, he interviewed at O’Daniel CDJR and found it to be a great fit. His one-year anniversary only highlights the fact that he made the right decision!
When the time comes to take a break from his rigorous work, Timothy enjoys many hobbies, such as woodworking. His last bit of advice, “Always keep up to date because things are always changing,” — which is helpful for any newcomers in this field.
