Dodge will celebrate its 25th and final year of Vipers in 2017 with five limited-edition models from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles: The 1:28 Edition ACR, VoooDoo II Edition ACR, Snakeskin Edition GTC, and Dodge Dealer Edition ACR.
These exclusive editions of the beloved Dodge Viper commemorate memorable past models from their solid 25 years of production. In addition to the limited models Dodge will continue to offer its customization program for this final year so customers can create a one-of-a-kind Viper.
Vipers are known for their 645 horsepower and 600 lb.-ft of torque, surpassing any other naturally aspirated sports car. 30,000 Vipers have been built since 1992 and every single one has carried the quality that a brand like Dodge promises. The Viper has taken the world by storm since then.
"The Dodge Viper has had a great run, and 25 years after it was first introduced, it leaves the supercar world reaching for the records it continues to set," said Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Cars at Dodge. Although this may be the last time producing them and buying them - Kuniskis is right - it's not the last time we'll hear of them.
