Although the summer heat seems here to stay, the month of July has come and gone. Now that it’s August, you know what that means! It is once again time to recognize some outstanding employees who have reached their anniversary with the O’Daniel Automotive team. August is a special time for Geina Hissong, as it marks her one-year anniversary with O’Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
Joining the O’Daniel team was definitely a change of pace for Geina. She explained that before O’Daniel CDJR she worked for the largest retail company in the world, Walmart. With a resume like that, no job is too big or too difficult to handle. She explained that she appreciates the more calming atmosphere that comes from working for a smaller company. This mellow work environment is certainly one of the things she enjoys most about her job. As a cashier manager, she also interacts with customers more than most people, so it’s safe to say that customer service is of vital importance to her.
This devotion to the customer is just one of the many attributes that makes Geina so great at what she does. It’s also important to point out that she’s the only woman in her office, which makes for an interesting work dynamic. When asked about one crucial thing that she’s learned from a year in the business, she stated, “that women can do anything that men can.” You are most definitely proof of that Geina!
