We're always excited when new Dodge models sell well here at O'Daniel Motor Sales, but we're thrilled to see that one of our favorite brands is tearing it up all over the country. Dodge gained a 12 percent increase in its year over year sales in June and we'd like to recognize the vehicles that carried most of the weight.
The Dodge Grand Caravan led the way with over 10,000 models delivered. Featuring exclusive Super Stow and Go seating, the versatile minivan allows you to convert its 5 rear seats into an open cargo area easily and within seconds. Furthermore, its suite of over 45 safety features also makes it a great pick for families.
Not too far behind, the Dart made over 6,000 new drivers happy with its flashy looks, sporty feel, and leading fuel economy. The compact sedan is made even more attractive by its range of options. Of course you can tweak styling features, but you can even choose between three separate powertrains.
The Dodge Challenger rounded the list out, selling a lofty 5,101 models. Maybe the available V8 5.7-liter HEMI, with its 375hp output grabbed people's attention. Or perhaps the 3.6-liter Pentastar's 27 mpg is really driving sales. We can't say for sure. All we can really report is that when folks drive off our lot in one, they seem to be enjoying themselves quite a bit.
