You’ll never think of speed and power the same way again with the 2020 all-new Dodge Charger lineup.

The four-door Charger’s gotten a top-class treatment, now boasting of Widebody versions of Hellcats and Scat Packs. Aside from making the Charger look ace, it has done wonders for its capability. Expect extra grip all thanks to the extra 3.5 inches of metal embedded onto the sedan’s fenders that allowed the accommodation of wider, more suitable all-season tires measuring 305-35ZR-20.

With the improved grip also comes improved suspension systems with stiffer front springs and larger sway bars that give these models a firmer ride.

To top it off, acceleration has never been this impressive. It only takes 4.3 seconds with the Scat Pack and 3.6 seconds with the Hellcat to make a dash from zero to 60 mph. Compared to its narrow-body counterpart, the Scat Pack is 1.3 seconds faster around a two-mile track while the Hellcat is 2.1 seconds speedier.

The Widebody lineup is also a show of power. The Scat Pack has a powerful 6.4-liter V8 that generates 485 horsepower while the Hellcat boasts of a 707 horsepower with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8.

Another key update is a switch to electrically assisted power steering.

Innovations have also been added through four new race-inspired technologies  – the Race Cooldown which keeps the supercharger cooling even after the car’s switched off, the Line Lock that allows the front brakes to lock independently from the rear brakes, and the Launch Control and Launch Assist that work together to lessen tire slip and wheel hop.

Not only does it offer speed and power but comfort. Inside, there’s an impressive amount of head and leg room to ensure passenger ease.

The 2020 Dodge Charger’s performance, comfort, and massive-load carrying capacity will blow minds and scorecards for sure. You can use it for your family trips while also slaying every racetrack along the way. It is an epitome of power, performance, and practicality, and that is why it is hard to resist!
