Ram has portrayed a majority of their new models for the Texas Auto Show at the 2018 State Fair of Texas in Dallas, revealing that everything is indeed—bigger in Texas.

The Heavy Duty 2500/3500 Laramie Longhorn Ram Rodeo Edition was revealed at the main stage on September 27th during the opening ceremonies. This refined 2500/3500 Heavy Duty Ram Rodeo is full of updated elements such as top-line comfort, and sleek style. More features include a 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer prep package, bed-view camera for spot-on trailer hitches, skid plate protection, payload or trailer hauling load-leveling capability, and a Mopar bed step.

This Rodeo Edition provides collaborative capacity and power and is currently available in both Mega and Crew Cab, along with and 4×2 and 4×4 configurations. The Rodeo edition also comes standard with a 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 or optional 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo-diesel I-6.

Since Texas is full of truck admirers, the Ram Truck Texas Auto Show lineup featured three of their most recent additions to their truck line-up.

Ram has proven support of America’s agricultural community by creating two new colors: Case IH Red and New Holland Blue. Ram has been the only truck brand that offers Chassis Cab commercial truck colors which is two of the nation’s most well-known lines of farm equipment.

Along with introducing those two colors is the 2018 Limited-edition Ram Power Wagon Mojave Sand. It was first popular with the Ram Rebel and is now personalized with the Power Wagon with new distinctive, all-black wheels.

Appearance upgrades weren’t the only addition, the namesake Uconnect 4C technology with large, 12-inch screen and navigation is installed within the 2019 Ram Rebel 12 for a more improved off-road experience.

The State Fair of Texas is held annually through the end of October, visit texasautoshow.bigtex.com for more information.
